Kim Mencarini for the Board of Directors

Kimberly S Mencarini was raised in Manchester. After a brief move out of area as a Navy wife she has returned to her hometown to make a difference.

A mother of three and a 15 years and counting Navy wife, Kim has emerged herself into the community. She is committed to the development of the children in our town and is dedicated to creating a better living standard for all of Manchester.

The Issues

Kim has her sights set on fixing many of the issues in town. She has noted that there is a definitive lack in the 'sense of community' in Manchester and she hopes to restore that.  Kim wants to renovate the Parkade area.
